3 Weeds Rozelle

The 3 Weeds Rozelle is an incredibly popular 'local' and is renowned for it's friendly atmosphere and it's superb restaurant. However, for me it's simply too difficult to go past the bar menu.

Tonight, as I left my friends in the lower bar and headed toward the kitchen area, all I could smell was smokey pork. The salty distinct smell, almost already a flavor, filling my nostrils!

The aroma already a pretty clear indication that there must have been a pork dish on the menu. And even more clear was that I needed to have it. Sure enough, Spiced Pork and Apple Burger, and it didn't disappoint.

Perfectly sweet and fresh sesame seed bun, succulent spiced pork patty with an apple dressing. At the fun communal setting, my meal was the envy of the entire 8 seater bench style table!
